I had a really pleasant stay at Casa Mosaico. the hostel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the friendly staff made me feel at home. However, there were a few hiccups, like checking in and some noise from the wooden floors that could be bothersome.

I spent four nights at Casa Mosaico and it was an excellent base for exploring Santiago. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, especially the Portuguese gentleman at the front desk. While the breakfast was decent and the Wi-Fi had some hiccups, the overall experience was fantastic, with great cleanliness and location.

The room I stayed in was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and big lockers. I liked that there were two shower rooms inside our room, although the shower's temperature took a bit of getting used to. Overall, the room was comfortable, though the wooden floors creaked a little.
